Emanuele Rossetti (born 1969 in Turin, Italy) is an Italian engineer, educated at the Politecnico di Torino in Italy and the City of London Polytechnic in the UK. He holds a PhD in applied mechanics and has taught robotic mechanics at the Politecnico di Torino. A seasoned executive with experience and interest in high growth businesses, Emanuele has a strong track record in developing, structuring and executing big projects in public organizations (he was head of the Overlay department for the Torino Organizing Committee for the XX Winter Olympic Games, from the bidding process in 2001 to closing ceremony in 2006) as well as in private companies (he was CEO of Nussli Italia, from the foundation of the company in 2007 to securing and managing large construction projects for the Universal Expo Milano in 2015). In October 2016 he started a new adventure as CEO of Makr Shakr, the maker of the world’s first robotic bar, where he’s now leveraging his skills at designing and managing complex processes and relationships, and his ability to recruit and manage high performing teams. Most importantly, he can quench his thirst for creativity, innovation and perfectly mixed cocktails.
