We are looking for an Architect with a strong affinity for new technologies and the curiosity to research how they can transform the world of tomorrow. As an Architect in our Turin office, you will be working as a member of a multidisciplinary and international design team, tackling on projects during all design phases, from designing concepts to drawing plans, creating renderings and making presentations, reporting your work to a Project Manager.

 

Requirements

•  Fluent in written and spoken English, proficiency in another language is an asset

CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati is looking for a Business Development Assistant with a strong affinity for new technologies and the curiosity to learn about the inner workings of a world-leading architecture firm. You will be working on various initiatives within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team and mentored by experienced professionals. You will be supporting the Business Development Manager in the daily operational and functional management of the activities, development of proposals, preparation of competition and administrative documents.

What will you do:

•  Support the BD Manager in outlining and defining strategies to consolidate existing markets or open up new ones
•  Help the BD Manager to develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

Carlo Ratti Associati is hiring a new Business Development Associate to join the team. We are looking for a proactive person with strong problem-solving skills, who is used to strategic thinking and working independently.

What will you do:

•  Outline and define strategies to consolidate or open CRA’s market to new strategic markets

•  Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients – initially followed by our BD manager, and then achieve independence in customer relations

•  Select and liaise with strategic partners for participation in international competitions

As we are expanding our activities into 1:1 digital fabrication, we are looking for an enthusiastic Construction Manager to coordinate each aspect of construction projects – from design to site construction, and overseeing progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, developing and scheduling of the projects, synching up with our fabrication team.

 

Construction Manager’s Job Responsibilities:

•  Coordinating with the digital fabrication team

•  Managing in-factory pre-building and on-site construction

•  Ensuring that the project is constructed, documented and invoiced in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices

•  Developing and maintaining project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records
